International shipments are strictly available only with a valid prescription and complete documentation.
pharmaqo is not responsible for any adverse effects, complications, or health issues arising from medication use. The prescribing doctor or healthcare provider holds full responsibility for the treatment plan.
Customers must ensure that the prescription is current and has not expired before placing an order.
Prescriptions for controlled substances require additional verification and may take longer to process.
Delivery Information
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in Pakistan for prescription medicines only.
COD is NOT available for supplements, temperature-sensitive medicines, or international orders – these require full online payment.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. External factors such as weather, customs clearance, and courier service efficiency may affect delivery times.
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping addresses. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or re-routing.
Signature is required upon delivery for all orders. If recipient is unavailable, delivery will be re-attempted based on courier policy.
